Michael Symon joined Borgata’s esteemed fine dining roster in the spring of 2017. Growing up with Greek and Sicilian influences, Chef Michael Symon creates boldly flavored, deeply satisfying dishes at his restaurants, while also continuing to have a prominent presence with foodies by sharing his exuberant, approachable cooking style and infectious laugh with television viewers.
