For your convenience a 20% service charge is automatically added to your spa bill. A portion of the service charge is dispersed to the spa and salon staff members who served you and the remainder is an administrative fee. If you would like to increase this amount, please notify the Spa Concierge and your bill will be adjusted accordingly.

Making a Reservation:

To make a reservation, please call 609.317.7555. When making your reservation, you will be asked to provide a valid credit card to hold the appointment. Your credit card will not be charged at this time, and you are welcome to present a different method of payment upon arrival. Your credit card will only be charged in the event of a same-day cancellation.


Cancellation Policy:

The treatments you select are reserved for you. Please make any changes or cancellations to scheduled appointments by 9pm the day prior. If we do not receive a call, you will be charged 100% payment for services not cancelled in the time allotted. This charge will be applied to the payment method provided at the time of booking or another valid form of payment.


Late Arrival Policy:

We ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Arriving late may interfere with your treatment time and will reduce the integrity of the treatment. Late arrivals will also be responsible for the full cost of the scheduled service. As a courtesy to the next customer, all appointments will end at their scheduled time. Treatment times are not extended based upon late arrivals.


Under 18 Policy:

All customers must be 18 or older to use the fitness centers, spa facility or to receive a service in our spa, salon and barbershop.


Picture ID:

Please provide at check-in.


Expectant Mothers:

Those who are within their first trimester may enjoy one of a specific selection of facials. Please discuss with our staff members the facial options during your first trimester. Expectant mothers who have completed their first trimester are encouraged to inquire about other spa treatments that are available.


Spa Facility Access and Usage:

The spa relaxation lounges are available for those guests who have spa services booked. Lockers, robes and sandals will be provided upon arrival to the spa lounge. Showers are also available for use before or after your spa service. Spa guests are welcome to use the whirlpools, steam rooms and saunas in the men’s or women’s wet lounges.


Complimentary bottled water, single serve snacks or other amenities are available upon request.


Use of the spa facility for non-spa customers is currently not available.


Arrival for Spa:

Early arrival time is recommended, approximately 30 minutes prior to the start of a spa service. After checking in with the Spa Concierge, guests will be asked to wait in the spa relaxation lounge for their Massage Therapist or Esthetician to pick them up for their service.


Spa Attire:

Guests visiting Spa Toccare will be provided complimentary robes and sandals to wear before and after your spa service.


Guests who are receiving a Table Thai Massage should wear loose fitting clothing.


Those guests receiving a spa service are requested to shower prior to their appointment. While most of our spa services are enjoyed best without clothing, you are welcome to wear whatever makes you feel most comfortable. Disposable bathing suits are available upon request.


Shaving:

Shaving is not recommended before any pedicure service. If you choose to shave, please shave at least eight hours prior to service.


Waxing:

Sun exposure is not recommended before or after any waxing service.


Chemical Services:

It is recommended that you do not wash your hair before any chemical service. This will help eliminate any scalp irritation.


Bridal Services:

It is recommended that you do not shampoo your hair when having an up-do. This will help your style last longer for your special occasion. If you would like your hair washed before your service please inform the salon receptionist when booking your appointment. There will be an additional charge.


Salon Equipment:

State Board of Cosmetology prohibits any use of salon equipment by hotel guests. This includes blow dryers, curling irons, make-up brushes, and nail implements. This is for the safety of our guests.


What Should I Do With My Valuables?

Valuables like wedding or engagement rings and other personal items should be safeguarded by placing them in your hotel room safe.


Smoking:

Smoking or vaping in any area of the spa or within its facilities is strictly prohibited.


Cell Phones:

Cell phones or other call-making devices are not permitted in any spa or spa lounge areas.

Hydrating Mineral Body Wrap

The service begins with a stimulating dry brush exfoliation to gently remove dry skin and improve circulation. Relax in The Barbershop while enjoying a complimentary cold beer with your service. This experience includes your choice of executive shave, or haircut & shave.
Each service includes one complimentary beer (must be 21+ with valid ID), along with expert barbering, hot towel finish, and precision detailing for a clean, refreshed look.
